While providing a full 20″ stride length, this quality cross trainer is reasonably sized for most homes and there has been no compromise made when it comes to build quality.

SMOOTH AND QUIET MAGNETIC RESISTANCE
The magnetic resistance system has an 32 point range with the lower resistance levels being perfect for warm up/cooling down or for users with limited cross training experience. While at the top end the resistance delivers a challenging workout for more experienced users. The magnetic brake system offers quiet and smooth pedaling no matter how hard you are working.

ADJUSTABLE BACKLIT LCD SCREEN
The user friendly computer is straightforward to use and provides clear information to users. It displays all the metrics you need: time, distance, WATTs, speed and calories as well as pulse measurement. It also comes with an impressive 12 programs as well as 4 user profiles, Recovery Test, Bodyfat Test and heart rate controlled programmes which can function with the hand grip pulse sensors or via an HR chest strap (sold separately).

EASY TO MOVE
The transport wheels at the front of the cross trainer allow it to be moved easily in and out of position for use. Adjustable leveling floor pads allow the cross trainer to be placed on slightly uneven surfaces.
