With the multiple adjustments in bar holders and safety bars, its no wonder is such a hit with studios and minor sports clubs. The York FTS Hi / Low Pulley adds further versatility to the power rack. This plate loaded attachment can be used with either 1″ Standard weight plat or Olympic Plates using our versatile pin adapter. This premium attachment offers both a lateral pulldown and low row function. Cable attachments are included.
