This resistance rope set is different from other ropes, because it is elastic, the training sessions become even more varied. You can use the set as a battle rope, but also as a resistance for sprint exercises.
The Lifemaxx Cobra Resistance Rope Set is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Its service life will be extended if used on a clean, level floor.
