The 100i AMT offers three different ranges of movement: stepping which is similar to conventional stair climbing; short stride lengths which are equivalent to walking; and longer / full stride lengths which equate to jogging & running, all with minimal impact on the users joints. This model features Precor’s brilliant Stride Dial read-out which helps you to monitor your stride length as you exercise, making it easy to see exactly which action you are performing and which muscles groups are being engaged.
